We booked a hotel in Milbank for family Easter in Ortonville so our kids can swim but the pool wasn’t working (heater broke) so it was too cold for swimming and the hot tub was broken. Would’ve just stayed local (Ortonville) at the hotel with no pool.

Great option for the area. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was okay, they ran out of items after I went through and there didn't seem to be a hurry to refill eggs, etc.

Poor planning as per handicapped room and use of space. If you can’t access a standard tub how would you access a soaker tub safely?!

Staff were very friendly. Though rooms were clean and well appointed. My room was near the lobby and I could hear the music all night so I would suggest they turn that down in the evenings.
