Grandstay Hotel Milbank

The hotel was amazing: friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfy beds, and the breakfast was awesome!

Nice place to stay in Milbank

The property is nice. I have stayed here now twice and I actually like the rooms without the mini kitchen. I had some fruit flies in my room and drug store beetles that came from food. I am sure it's hard as people use food and store food in the larger rooms with the kitchen while they stay longer. The staff are approachable, and the rooms are nice. I suggest moving to all leather furniture as stains on furniture are not appealing to sit on. The breakfast area is clean, and the property is easy to find. There are many options in the area for food with being a small town. The rooms overall are clean!

This was our first time here. I was a little unsure when I booked. However, the staff was friendly and so very kind. The process was smooth start to finish. The room and amenities we above what I expected. Unfortunately we were there for less than ideal reasons, but the staff (especially Toni) made it easier.

This is the third time I've stayed here in 5 years. I like the modern facilities, pool, hot tub, breakfast and staff. What I dont like is the price. Way too expensive for Milbank, South Dakota.

Very pleased with this property. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and dining room well kept and stocked for breakfast. We will stay here again:)

Check in was a little slow. No one at the desk for probably 5-7 mins. Otherwise the hotel was great and I will be returning.

Beautiful new hotel; came to visit town my father grew up in; would gladly stay again
