"Best Hotel in Sapa"

This hotel is very clean and well maintained! I love the breakfast and the staffs are very accommodating. Probably one of the best in service for all hotels in Sapa! Special shoutout to the 2 male receptionist who were very helpful and accommodating. Great stay!

Hotel veramente carino a Sapa. Stanza piccola ma accogliente, pulita, climatizzata e con letto comodo. Colazione a buffet buona e abbondante con anche la possibilità di ordinare pietanze calde sul momento. Personale impeccabile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Buona posizione per visitare Sapa, Cat cat village e partire per escursioni. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli dopo il check out e ritornati dal tracking ci hanno dato la possibilità di pulire le nostre scarpe all'esterno fornendoci anche di spazzoline. Inoltre ci hanno gentilmente offerto una bag con bottigliette d'acqua, banane e brioche alla nostra partenza. Consigliato

La chambre et en particulier le lit. Le personnel aux petits soins et qui nous ont conseillé sur les villages accessibles pour mes parents âgés. Le calme et proche du centre à 15 min à pieds. Merci.

L’emplacement et le personnel Chambre bien salle de bain étroite

Déjeuner moyen/correct rien pour qualifier de superbe. Salle à manger non chauffée un peu frisquet en novembre. Odeur un peu désagréable dans l’entrée.
