A great location in Sapa. Within walkable distance to a lot of attractions. The hotel is away from the main square so a lot more peaceful. Plenty of restaurants nearby and cheaper in price. The staff are amazing here! So welcoming and helpful.

Sapa weather in the winter is cold. Due to cold spots in the room there was a lot of condensation. It was hard to stop bath towels and room from smelling damp. Although the staff were happy to change towels daily!

I had a wonderful stay at My Boutique Hotel Sapa, and it truly felt like great value. The property has a cozy and charming feel, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the biggest highlights was the heater — which worked perfectly and made the chilly Sapa weather so much more comfortable. The staff deserves special appreciation. Even though it seemed like just two young team members were managing reception and breakfast, they did an amazing job. They are extremely hardworking, polite, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Their attitude and service made a noticeable difference — they truly go above and beyond. Breakfast was simple but good, and the service felt thoughtful. Another small but very helpful touch was the map they provided to explain nearby points, walking routes, and things to do around the hotel. It was super useful for exploring the area, especially for first-time visitors.
