Customer care - all the staff were very helpful and informative. One stand out us Ma who managed to have an item we left behind sent on to the next stay. Big shout out to her. 😊 The new young management are clearly going to make a difference to this fine building which was possibly neglected by former owner. Excellent location away from all the noise but near enough if busy bars and backpackers are for you. Comfortable bed, warm room, great shower.

A few wobbly bits in the room but im sure the new management are on to them

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Всегда готовы были прийти на помощь, раньше заселили. Хороший завтрак: соки, кофе/чай, выпечка, бульон, рис/макароны, омлет/яичница/блины, фрукты, овощи, сыр и пр. Небольшой номер со всем необходимым, для двоих места достаточно. Чисто, много полотенец. Уборка ежедневная. Отель в 10-15 минутах от центра. Расположен недалеко от начала нескольких треккинговых маршрутов, фотоинсталляций. Рядом несколько приятных заведений для обедов, ужинов, кофеен с видами на горы и рисовые поля.

В целом все понравилось, иногда интернет работал медленнее.
