Nhân viên nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mình chu đáo từ lúc nhận phòng đến khi trả phòng. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi và có view khá thoáng. Vị trí khách sạn thuận tiện để di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan xung quanh.

חדר עם רייח לא נעים של טחב וביוב,חדר אוכל שהוא גם הלובי של המלון לא מזמין כלל ,תפריט דל מאוד ולא מגוון (אכלתי ביצה קשה מלפפון וחמאה),,מיקום לא נוח ,רחוק ממרכז ואין גראב ברוב היום בשל חסימת נתיב בשעות העומס ,

Confortable et très bien situé

Vue sur jardin, en fait c'est une décharge. Peu d eau chaude et des cheveux dans la salle de bain. Le prix est cher pour la qualité mais en période de tét peu de choix

"Hotel with potential, but some improvements needed"

- Spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed - Location - not in the middle of the main streets, but still walking distance to centre

- Breakfast was very disappointing and not as advertised on the pictures. - Breakfast area was very cold as it is very close to the entrance. - Shower cabin needs some fixing as water goes everywhere in the bathroom. - Shower head was also not working properly. - Housekeeping wasn’t consistent and cleaning wasn’t thoroughly done (we had to ask a multiple times to replace items)
