"The room and location was fine but the bottom bunk was really uncomfortable"

The room and location was nice.

I was allocated bottom of the bunk bed. The issue is that there is not head space for the person who uses the bottom bunk . Hence, it is not possible to sit in the bed which was really uncomfortable !!!

Die Größe der Zimmer und Betten

Leider stand ich um 14.30 Uhr vor einem riesigen verschlossenen Gatter. Die Klingel war (wohl durch Vandalismus) abgerissen. Das war ein furchtbar unangenehmes Gefühl. Zumindest über den Chat in booking habe ich dann eine zügige Antwort erhalten, sodass dann etwas später hereingelassen wurde. Der erste äußere Eindruck war für ein Hostel leider ganz schlecht und abschreckend.

"Nice stay"

Everything was good. Problems with bedding but staff reacted quickly. Location looks a bit scruffy at first but no 11 bus just a few minutes away and museum district 30 mins walk away. Subway 20 mins away. Nearest convenience store Chevron garage 20 mins away.Dorm Beds nice and large

Not far from downtown and museum of fine art. Stuff are friendly and have helped me a lot. It will be a good choice for visiting Houston for its cleanness, good environment, and low price.
