We were blown over with the Breakfast it was excellent lots of choice and very enjoyable

When we arrived after following instructions for access to key found it had already gone further inspection found someone in room soon sorted and given alternate room which was excellent

The building is a lovely and well-maintained home that has been divided into five rooms with ensuite baths. The breakfast area was primarily self-serve and well-stocked. Our hostess did a great job of seeing to things without being under foot.

We had difficulty with our arrival, as there was a message that didn't come through to our US phones explaining the check-in procedure. The building has a series of key boxes with combination locks. The message we didn't receive was telling us which key box and the code to allow us into the building and our room. Fortunately another guest was near by at the critical moment and contacted our host for us to clear things up.

Gaina could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend a stay in Melin Tregib.

Our room was nothing like the images on the web. We could not get into our room as we were given no information. The room was disposed to be for disabled. But you still had a step up into the shower.

Beautiful location, Comfy beds, spacious room.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned and a bit dated (e.g paining in the bathroom). Free breakfast sounds better than it is, we ended up buying our own from the second day.

Breakfast was fine, everything that we wanted. Location was great, not too far away from the wedding reception that we went to.

Beds a bit bouncy. Couldn't lock the room from outside but could from the inside!

Very little to like I am afraid.

The room was unfortunately not very clean at all, with furniture covered in thick dust, dirty marks and smears and cob-webs everywhere. There was spilt drinking chocolate over one of the tables. There was an overwhelming smell of cheap washing powder on the bedding , which made me very unwell , so I tried to sleep on the sofa but the noise and smell kept me awake so I ended up with only a few hours sleep , which ruined my big family reunion. The B&B was near a very loud and quite busy road, so unable to sleep. Owner failed to provide a breakfast other than toast which I am allergic to . A nightmare stay where & one place where I would never , ever, book again !

Great location - could sort my own breakfast, though there was a good selection of continental stuff on offer too. Fridges, cooking facilities etc - all good. Great shower in the room.

Hard to find in the dark with miimal street lighting!
