No cleaning of room before arrival
GBI liked the accessibility of the hotel and how central it was to the city centre.
You could feel every spring in the bed, there was no way of indicating to the staff that you were still in the room so we had unexpected gentleman enter the room.

GBGBThere was no towels provided, the tv didn't work due to not being updated and wrong WiFi information in the room so couldnt connect to it.. Curtains were dirty and hanging off rail plus there was a ceiling tile which was loose which had been marked with what appears to be a leak of some kind. Dents and Marks on the wall of some spillage previously. Receptionist was not friendly at all and when I booked in he just looked at his phone and handed me the keys with no explanation of facilities etc like I was a hindrance.
