"Mala experiencia."

Muy mala noche, ya que a mi esposo lo pico una chinche que se encontraba entre las sabanas y colcha, motivo por el cual tuvimos que dejar la habitación a las 6 de la mañana. Deberían lavar y fumigar las habitaciones constantemente.

El hotel como tal fue funcional a pesar de ser muy básico en sus instalaciones, el colchón si fue lo peor estaba en muy mal estado, el wifi que dicen proporcionar solo es en el área de la recepción, si hubo agua caliente y el baño limpio, lo que no hubo fue limpieza del cuarto y cambio de sábanas en ninguna de las dos noches de mi estancia.

No respetan las reservacion es falta de criterio y preparación en el personal de recepción señores antes de reservar en este lugar acaben con las otras opciones y ud. Aplicaciones como es posible permitan el engaño x el hotel. No vale la pena.
