The location is absolutely perfect: close enough to enjoy everything Brighton has to offer, yet peaceful and quiet when you want to unwind. It made exploring the city easy and stress-free.

Very clean rooms are cleaned daily and complementary teas coffee herbal tea percolated coffee water biscuits also toped up daily. The room was nice and warm

The location was excellent, easy access to local pubs, cafes and restaurants. Close to the seafront and the City. The hotel itself was quiet at night, so sleeping was easy.

Check in was easy and communicating with the owners was easy. The bed was really good.

It would have been nice to be able to open the windows.
