Didn't like the area - very noisy

Great Location, fabulous old building, nicely maintained. Rooms and facilities were comfortable. Very good value for the money

Window frames cracked and appeared insecure.

Great location. Easy to get too many places.

Staff were a little rude when calling them for help. I didn’t see the email I got with the codes at 7am. But when I questioned ‘how do I find this, they weren’t supporting and made me anxious that something went wrong. A simple ‘check your emails if something was sent this morning’ would have sufficed. They also stated on the website and on this portal that check in is 24hr, so when I wrote I would arrive between 10-11am. I expected this to be the case. Not see in the email that the check in was from 2:30pm. It shouldn’t be advertised like this if check in is from this time.

El baño no estaba muy limpio sobre todo la zona de la ducha. Estaba algo viejillo. No encontré la contraseña del wifi por ninguna lado

It was clean and close to the centre, the staff was helpful.

There were other guests making noise early in the morning.( not the hotel’s fault)

Property was great location ,warm inside and lovely clean towels and bedding everyday .

Noise from guests . Fridge in room wasn’t working, and also blinds were put up wrong so you couldn’t get hold of pulley .
