"Extremely disappointed"

I didn’t get to stay at the property that I had booked and paid for in advance as there was absolutely nowhere to park, despite me buying a parking permit! Colson House have refused to refund the room cost although the situation was not fully explained when I made my booking.

Very clean and quiet and in a great location

A little bit of housekeeping needed in our room. Missing lightbulbs and a small TV which could not be easily seen from the bed.
