Villa Mari

The villa is exceptional - a lovely space, well thought out, and high quality. It has been designed around the stunning view of the lake and surrounding area..it is a gem, and the photos don't do it justice.. Dervio is close to a car ferry to take you across the lake. There are a couple of small supermarkets in the village if needed. Book it, you won't regret it!

Only having 3 nights there!

Villa Mari was wonderful, and we had a fantastic week there. Luca the owner couldn't have been more helpful and the fixtures and fittings are very high end indeed. From electric blinds on all windows to a shower with waterfall and side jets functions the whole villa is amazing. A 5 minute walk to the centre of Dervio and a 12 minute walk to the lake shore the views from the balcony are amazing. A en-suite bathroom for the Twin room and a master bathroom for the double and third bedroom, great kitchen with all the utensils you could need. I highly recommended Villa Mari 👍

Excellent stay at a very good location. House was good and host Luca was most helpful and nice!

Highly recommend Villa Mari! It was extremely comfortable and well equipped with stunning views from the terraces and garden. Host Luca couldn't have been more helpful. Dervio itself is a lovely little village with several shops and restaurants within walking distance, a train station 10 minutes walk from the villa, and a ferry terminal from which you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and Mennagio within an hour or so. There are more ferries from Bellano and Varenna, both of which are a short train ride away. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Very modern and nicely presented property. Also lovely garden and bbq area. Kitchen well equipped. Host Luca was very nice and helpful. We’ll be back!
