Excellent location for both St Ives and Carbis Bay... Great hosts...

Such a gem of a place. Heidi and Pete could not be more accommodating. Our room was immaculate and the view was stunning which was such a lovely surprise. Lots of lovely little details, such as an honesty bar and lots of information if you need it. We walked to St Ives along the coast which was beautiful (some pictures added).

Friendly and inviting hosts. Lovely clean room , great value breakfast which was delicious.

Bit of a walk into St Ives. There was a good bus service though and taxis if needed

 The location is great! it’s not too far from the beach, supermarket nearby and also free parking. The surrounding garden around the property is also really nice.

It didn’t feel very private, it very much felt like you are staying at somebody else’s house. The bed was very uncomfortable and also the shower and then sink were very dirt when we first arrived.

Breakfast was lovely. Well presented and cooked perfectly. The room was nice and clean. Unlimited tea provided. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the location was perfect, the walk wasn't too far to the main town. There is a pub opposite the B&B, the food was awful. I would recommend you save your money and go elsewhere. Tesco is just a cross the road from the B&B which is handy for snacks.
