Great welcome , good directions to find it and information on the local buses and pubs. Room was comfortable. We had breakfast both days and it was easy to order the night before and we paid for it when we checked out.

Great location with lovely sea view and nice outside seating areas.

There was nothing we did not like.

Lovely and helpful hosts, fabulous location and great rooms with a lovely ocean view 🌊 We didn’t have a car and we’re able to get to town very quickly on the bus or a nice walk along the coast line.

This was our second stay and we'll visit again. Lovely clean room with a sea view.

My room was comfortable, clean and had a lovely view of the sea. Heidi was very responsive and accommodating. Alcoholic drinks and breakfast are available in the B&B and there is also a large tesco a few minutes walk away. The nearby bus stop is handy for getting about and central St Ives is about 15 minutes walk away.

I could have done with slightly more space for toiletries - perhaps a shelf or dressing table, but managed ok using the bathroom windowsill!

Heidi was a delight! Welcomed us and provided ongoing smiles and support during our stay. Excellent location; a lovely walk into St. Ives or a bus stop 50m from the door. Breakfast was excellent, generous and very reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable but small.

Lovely clean accommodation in a quiet location, just outside St Ives. We did not bring our cars but were able to travel by bus everywhere. Bus stop just across the road, Heidi and Pete were very accommodating and updated us with any information we needed about the area. They provided a good, reasonable priced breakfast at the time we required. They were very efficient and breakfast was served when we arrived in the breakfast room. Lovely clean room and en-suite shower room.

Have a queen bed so found the double bed restricting, but the bed and pillows were very comfortable so we could not complain and slept well.

Hosts, location & facilities were all fantastic

Heidi and Pete were so welcoming. Rooms a nice size and very clean. Breakfast was delicious 😋 About 10-15 minute walk downhill into St Ives, with regular buses back up. Sennen cove is definitely worth visiting.
