Bintana sa Paraiso Binunsaran

It’s so good to be back here! There are new faces since my last visit, but the service is still consistently excellent—and they truly go above and beyond. Being welcomed by smiling faces right when you arrive already sets the tone for an amazing stay. The gong experience is such a special touch, and I was lucky the weather cooperated during my visit. The stars here are unreal—nothing like what you see in the city. I’m already excited for my next Camiguin adventure and to experience new things and new rooms here at Bintana.

Location up in the mountains that provide a scenic view

Sheets were washed (as they should be) but remnants of hair and stains were present on both beds in our guesthouse Guesthouses had space between walls which meant lizards and cats could enter, when they moved around you’d hear it inside and around the room Included breakfast is limited

Great location and the views, the balconies are facing the white island. The staff is always friendly and ready to help, reasonable prices for food and drinks in the restaurant.

Although the bathrooms are spacious, the sink is too small, maybe it’s a good idea to install bigger sinks so guests could store all their toiletries. Same goes for the room, a small shelf or a cabinet for the clothes would be just great.

Very friendly and competent staff - lovely ! The view from the hotel was great Tasty food and large choice Hotel able to arrange services on short notice (transfer, activities, motorbike rental, etc.)

Sometimes unstable hot water supply for shower Not so quiet during the day (could sometimes hear neighbors from nearby rooms or from the house behind the hotel), but all good at night time !

The location was beautiful, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great!

Nothing

The staff are very friendly and the resort itself is already a tourist spot. We can see the white island from our room. The food in the restaurant was good also.

The pool was a bit dirty & there were insects inside our room.

Das Personal ist wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Aussicht ist super schön. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr einladend mit Hängematten und Sofas, auch ein paar Spiele sind da.

Es könnte mehr vegetarische Optionen geben.

Too many emails, even during my stay they kept coming No laundry service although that was advertised Still not sure why a member of staff barged into my room at 6am waking me up to ask if I wanted breakfast??
