There was no one at the reception when i arrived I told them I would be late. I rang the number left on the desk several times and got no answer. After over an hour. It was 12 30 am. I left and lucky to find another hotel thanks to a guy living there. Who told me that had happened to a few guests before. I message booking .com and told them and didn't get a reply, and I still haven't heard from anyone.
