Gold Summer 2 Hotel

did not look like on the pictures, it smelled, it looked used and it was loud at night, we had to look for another hotel after 2 nights.

room was not really clean

Staff was not really friendly and everything was really dirty. It looked like the room hasn’t been cleaned in a while. As example the bed sheets were covered with lipstick and hair and the shower had mole on it. Even after pointing out that the room is not clean the stuff didn’t seem to care.

some pigeon or something died in the vent and there is a terrible smell coming from it. the staff is inexistent, the trash was like a week in the corridor full of bugs

Location. We have a beach nearby and many restaurants and shops available 24/7.

Bed and pillows are comfortable and soft, its clean and calm place to stay, its ok for this money staff is flexible, location is good, not far from beach, so easy to walk

I loved how easy check-in was, as well as how friendly the staff were who assisted me. Very nice, quick, no hassle. I also loved my room. It was the size of what would typically contain two Full sized beds, but only had one. There was so much available open floor space (at least in that room), which I was so happy to have because it seems nearly all hotels in this and lower price points (at least in Vietnam), have almost no open floor space. It's always like navigating through a labyrinth. There were still some tables and stools to sit on, a normal sized bathroom, and a pretty massive closet space. The room was clean and had everything I needed. There were also several small details, various amenities, that made the difference even better. I've stayed in a lot of different hotels throughout Da Nang and thus far, this one is placed somewhere in my top favorite places to stay. Low cost, right next to the beach (few minutes walk), family-run business (cute baby!), beautiful and lively park right at the end of the block (2 houses away), and plenty of coffee/food options nearby (or a quick taxi ride to anywhere else in the city you might want to go. It's a quieter area than the heart of An Thuong; not as much late late night stuff happening, but even if you're into that kind of thing, it's a 5 minute taxi bike ride away. I will come back in the future when I can. I love it. Thank you very much for your generous hospitality and I will hope to stay at your hotel again very soon.

Nothing that I can point out. It was all to my liking, except that I couldn't stay as long as I wanted because of the rooms being fully booked. But that's a good problem to have for the owner/management. Not their fault!

spacious room, big closet

when i booked, it says it has sea view but then they put me in a room with no window. the bathroom has no tissue, no soap, no shampoo. the bedsheet had stains and smelled bad. i guess it was not changed from the last guests. poor hotel, not gonna come back
