Although they may not be physically at the reception desk, they were very responsive by phone. Clean and comfortable room. Central yet quiet location.

The pungent smell of the sewers came up through the bathroom pipes. However they made an effort to mask it by installing a scented 'mister'.

Relatively acceptable place if a person stay for 2-3 nights. Close to the beach, have restaurants in the surrounding were the food is good. A person could rent a motorbike which is very convenient.

It was not enough clean and the staff could not speak English, all is done via Google Translate.

The clean was really dirty, and smelled like cigarette. I asked to redo it but it was still really dirty. I was travelling with my family and they found a condom paper under the bed, the room had a really small window as well which was not mentioned.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. There were roaches and ants in all of our rooms, and we had to keep all our luggage on the chairs/beds to avoid the bugs. The staff didn't even provide water bottles every day of the stay, saying they were not available. They said they would change rooms after the first evening because of the bugs, but didn't do that. Although they were VERY prompt about asking to check out at 12 pm on the dot, or else they would charge 50,000 VND for late check out. Even though the location says beach is closeby, it is not. There is no supermarket until you walk a few blocks, and the beach is a good 15 min walk away. Nothing positive to say about this so called hotel.

Please don't use your money to book this hotel. Your whole holiday will be spoilt due to their dirty rooms and terrible customer service.

Great quiet location,close to the wonderful beach, white sand. Room is spacious and clean. Stuff is helpful. Everything was fine. If good Wi-Fi connection then I would rate 10 of 10😃
