Jelly's Haven Resort

The beach is nice but its full of jelly fish I can’t relax my self when swimming. So I just enjoy the fresh air and the view.

1. Poor water pressure in the shower. 2. The toilet smells awful as well as the room. 3. We tried to ask if we can change room but staff said they are booked. 4. We ask for slippers as it is indicated in the room that there are slippers but nothing there. So we requested for it but only gave us on our last night in the resort. 5. We request the room floor to be cleaned as I can really feel in my feet the dusty surface upon arriving but the awful smell and dusty floor is still there, I had to every time wash my feet before wearing my outdoor slippers. We have to bear the stinks during our entire stay so we just try to stay outdoors most of the time. The balcony is full of birds poop. It’s even more disgusting we cannot hang our wet swim wears there. The fridge is kinda moldy I’m not comfortable to put anything in there.

Jellys Haven has a very interesting and signature look. It looks very enjoyable. Surroundings loved the umbrellas 🌂 and beach ⛱️ amenities, most of all beach bar

The room is not totally clean. I reserved 2 rooms and my girls room was not clean and they were terrified when they saw the cockcroach.Their dad killed it :(

The staff always amazing. The food was amazing.

Room dirt the smell cockroach balcony no clean too much poop bird room dusty . I didn’t finish my days to stay just to go there and beach seing. No wifi. I ask staff to clean my room she just say yes . But ddnt go back.
