Location was good, the decor was nice

Room was dirty, stains of rust on the walls, very dated room and hotel. Prepaid breakfast was very limited selection but was decent. Beach area was nice but lots of boats bs a nice ocean view.

Located on a lovely beachfront. Was able to get cheap transport from resort to port and restaurant centre.

Rubbish on the beach was a bit disappointing to see...

Although limited with options to choose from, what we had for breakfast in terms of portion size was sufficient. Location was good, it is beachfront and I like that there was sari sari store at the front. It is also only about 20min walk along the beach into Kota Beach and town center. If you get the tricycle ride, it is only P30 per person. The main attraction for this resort is its friendly and helpful staff especially the ones in the restaurant. They really do try their best to serve the guests efficiently. Hats off also to the chefs. They really do know how to cook.

Although the food is really good, the restaurant however is not airconditioned and on hot days it can be very uncomfortable. The flies are a big issue for me. It's hard to eat while having to constantly shoo flies away. The beds are comfortable enough but the blanket that they provide is so thin that it doesn't feel like you have a blanket at all. They also only provide 1 pillow per guest. When I requested for another pillow, I was told I have to pay an extra P50. It's not the money that is the issue but just the feeling that the resort is being a bit stingy. Who sleeps with just one pillow??? There's also no floor towel/rags in the bathroom. The aircon is noisy being an older type model. Not enough power points, no bedside tables, no wardrobe. It's ok to put up with these inconveniences for a 1-2 nights stay but definitely not ideal for a longer stay. The room just felt like it is terribly lacking in personal comfort.

I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great.

Paradise!!!! Such a beautiful place!!

I love everything about Jelly’s Haven Resort from the staff to the location itself. Everyone was really helpful and kind. The room was clean and tidy. I love how our room was so spacious and the bathroom too. I did not expect it to be that spacious. I will definitely go back here if i’ll be visiting Bantayan Island again. Thank you so much for that wonderful stay!
