Jelly's Haven Resort

We regretted looking for another resort just out of curiosity, which is why we decided to book a different one—Aneka Resort. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience for us. The place was extremely hot; we were all sweating, and the air conditioner was not working properly. My child’s face even became very red because of the heat, and the TV was also not working. When we first arrived on Santa Fe Island, we booked Jelly Resort, which is very beautiful and clean. Their rooms are spacious, and the air conditioning is excellent—you can truly relax and enjoy lying on the bed. The staff at Jelly Resort are also very friendly. I 100% recommend Jelly Resort.

Nice low budget resort, near beach side. Clean rooms, air con work well. A lot and good free shampon. Free shutle from pier and back.

Low budget breakfast, no swiming pool. Litle dislocated. You need to rent scooter.

Location was great, staff was very attentive and nice. The building was clean. The food was good.

The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, there was a excess of ants and other insects in the room, The breakfasts were small portioned but still tasty. Would have liked more. The lock system needs to be updated as someone walked in the wrong room. Due to accidental lack of attention. (Could've been avoided with updated key card lock system. Also the cable television was not working.
