Jelly's Haven Resort

The staff were so friendly and helped with any queries we had. On the beach front which was gorgeous

Location wasn’t so far from the port. Breakfast was good.

We stayed in a Deluxe quadruple room (family room) but we only get 1 toilet paper everyday 🥲 was really not enough, at least put 2 or 3 considering they’re very thin. That was the only downside for me.

The food is unreal! Kudos to all the chefs and everyone who prepared our food...and thank you Zai one of the lady servers who accommodated us so well...😘

Nail stains dripping down the wall, that is not pleasing to the eye when I entered the room.

When we book good for 4 pax , we thought that it was with free breakfast, but to our dismay when we arrived at Jelly's the front desk told us that our booking is with no breakfast.

Our accommodation room, we thought that it was on the ground floor but instead we are billeted on the second floor, not considering that the two of us are Person with Disability (PWD) and it's hard for us to go up and down the stairs.

Basic

I booked two rooms with a total of 4 adults and a 1-year-old baby, but the Hotel wants us to pay Three thousand and two hundred pesos extra, which I did pay at the end after a heated discussion because they would not let us in the room.

The service for food & drinks could be better by making sure the guests have everything they need.

Worth the price.

I loved everything about this property.
