整體環境不錯，服務人員態度很好也有耐心回答任何問題。 整潔方面，一入房內就看見浴室的毛巾上有頭髮，浴室牆壁也有明顯的黴菌，被套有污漬。 房內空調跟浴室抽風機聲音非常大聲，隔音也不好，我是個不會認床而且三秒入睡的人，可是入住的這一晚，整夜睡睡醒醒沒辦法熟睡。

住宿環境安靜優雅，設備齊全，有許多小點心很貼心，浴室略有髒汙（可接受），房間內空間大，床睡得舒服，且燈光裝璜美，格局令人驚喜，感到能住這301房很開心。雖然入住時服務人員要每人實名制時態度不很親切，但可能是疫情服務人員壓力也大，人力吃緊，在早餐時也謝謝廚師及接待人員為我們做營養均衡的套餐，餐點有水果算不錯的。

房間的空調整個壞掉，又是密閉無窗的房間，工作人員說要等到隔天才能請廠商來看，最後是給我們兩台電風扇解決，整晚都睡不好。 房間濕氣重、有異味，地板有頭髮。 二樓以上沒電梯，已經事先註明有長輩，卻還安排二樓，最後協調後改為一樓，但確是空調壞掉的房間。

房間空間寬敞(^_^)很棒的寵物友善住宿 Hotel就在秋紅谷旁邊，附近不只交通便利，吃吃喝喝也有很多選擇。
