Maria was an excellent host. Breakfast was delicious. Very clean and everything you need is available. Beautiful surroundings. Near a great pub. Parking available.

Shame it wasn t summer as I would have loved to spend time in the garden.

Lovely Clean and cosy B&B. Maria the host went above and beyond to make our stay special. Amazing breakfast with lots of healthy options to choose from. Maria is a very good cook and everything tasted perfect. Beautiful garden, nature reserve and other walks nearby. Just along the road a friendly village pub (dog friendly). Food was delicious too and reasonably priced ( The Black Swan) Only open from Thurs through Sunday though. Howden and all it's many facilities just a 5 minute drive. York also within easy reach. Will certainly pay Maria another visit!

Field View B&B exceeded my expectations. The facilities were excellent and the location was lovely. A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. I had the best nights sleep in months! The host Maria was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I shall make a point of returning here, when I am in the area again.
