Pu Luong Eco Garden

Lovely pool, and rooms lare arge and comfortable. Restaurant was fantastic. We loved the walk recommended by staff to Muong Khmong village and the bat cave. Staff were incredible and really make the place. We loved our stay.

The only let down was the room had a few quirks that should be rectified. The toilet seat didn't fit the unit (way too small), which I can tell you is super icky sharing a bathroom with two boys (use your imagination....). The location is quite far from the village, ehich can be good or bad. And I found a price list for room items that go missing on the dresser a little peculiar, if not offensive.

Good location, rooms big, clean and comfortable with beautiful view. The staff exeded expectations, very kind, helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much

The only positive aspects of our stay were the beautiful nature of Pu Luong, and despite the high price, the Eco 04 tour and our guide, Mr. Dinh, who was very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay. The rooms had a strong damp smell, and both the rooms and the overall property did not match the photos shown online. The construction quality felt poor, more like an unfinished or poorly executed renovation. The terrace was not well maintained and gave the impression of being off-season. The restaurant was both very low in quality and overpriced. Unfortunately, as there were no alternative dining options within walking distance, we had no choice but to eat there. On our first night, there was a karaoke event on the terrace that was not organized for hotel guests, yet we had to listen to it until 9:30 PM. As we needed to wake up early the next morning for a tour, this caused unnecessary stress and took away our opportunity to rest. The noise felt as if it was inside the room. There was no prior information about this event during reservation or check-in. We also found that the staff did not respect personal space, as there was a constant expectation to engage in conversation. Breakfast was quite limited, with very few options. Overall, the value for money was quite low.
