Überaus freundliches Personal Tolle Lage! Preise im Restaurant absolut i. O.

Wir hatten eine super schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Selbst bei regnerischen Tagen hatten wir einen mega schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super lieb und hat uns bei allem geholfen!

Pu Luong Eco Garden retreat is such a great, peaceful place. The staff were all wonderful, the restaurant was good - a very full and great breakfast and all of our dinners were very tasty. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The hot water in the shower comes fast and intensely but does not last long. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool was a great refreshing swim.

There’s nothing not to like about the property; but it should be noted that the eco garden resort is near the top of the mountain and so you’re often in the clouds and not seeing the views. This wasn’t a disappointment for us, and in fact, we found it very peaceful. It was just something we think others might want to be aware of.

The most welcoming, hospitable staff! Each person truly cared and went the extra mile. I will always remember how warmly I was treated by everyone. Serene, peaceful location that fostered connection with nature and the gorgeous setting. Delicious food at every meal, complete with produce from the garden. Cozy, quiet, comfortable accommodations. Excellent stay! Thank you!!

My massage was just OK...but that was an additional add-on service at the spa, and had nothing really to do with my stay itself.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. We upgraded to a camelia room which was beautiful and worth much more than we paid

Our original family room was tired and our rating is based on the upgraded room. Little price difference between the two and would highly recommend the new ever upgraded topms

The property was beautiful and the staff and food were excellent. They helped us to do a tour at the last minute

A tip is to organise in advance the tours as English speaking guides are scarce in the busy season

Très bel hôtel au milieu des rizières. Le restaurant est très bon, et la réception était d’une très grande aide.

Il y avait un tournage pour un TV Show lors de notre séjour mais cela n’a pas été mentionné à l’avance au check in, beaucoup de bruits et de personne. Il était dommage de ne pas pouvoir profiter pleinement de l’infrastructure et d’être « pressée » pour manger son petit déjeuner. De plus, ma masseuse a utilisé son téléphone tous le long du soin du visage et celui ci vibrait constamment, pas très relaxant. Enfin, le personnel du restaurant ne parlait pas très bien anglais.
