La tranquilidad de la zona, piso muy grande.

Necesita una actuación en mantenimiento. Suelo cruje demasiado, muy ruidoso. Cuarto de baño dormitorio principal sin enchufe. Cocina bastante bien, muy completa. Muebles un tanto antiguos.

Beautiful big apartment. Light and sunny. Lots of beds. Nice area. Free parking. Really great host and lovely welcome with great advice about the area. Public transport close by.

It was so dirty. Mould in the bathroom ++++ and the washing machine needed a massive scrub as the washing smelled worse after being washed! Heater was ripped off the wall and not repaired. No towel rails (again not replaced after obvious damage). Most light bulbs didn’t work. Generally way below acceptable standard. Needs a deep clean and some major repairs. Was such a shame as the apartment bones were great!
