Stylish Penthouse Suite

Large and spacious, great view and comfortable to stay in.

It's a bit far away from the city and the main attractions.

Clean, reasonably equipped (no teapot)

We had access problems at 11.15pm as the fob to access building had no battery. No reply from emergency contact so eventually we hit on idea of buying batteries from a mercifully open supermarket. 45 minutes after first phone call we managed to gain access. We were frozen! Need more towels. No hand towel provided

Very spacious, lots of sleeping options with 3 double beds, 2 bunk beds and 2 sofas. Extra blankets and quilts stored in the wardrobes if needed. Beds were really comfy. Everything provided that you might need. One towel per guest provided, so we probably would have liked a few more as staying 2 nights. But I'm sure if we'd asked they would have accommodated. The apartment is fairly clean, though could probably do with a clean under the sofa and larger furniture items. Lost a bracelet charm so had get down on the floor to look under furniture. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the last tram stop at Newhaven, but if you have uber, thats no problem. Would stay again.

Good location, just outside the centre but there is a bus stop 2minutes away with frequent buses which takes only 15minutes to centre. Beautiful area and views. Spacious apartment. Very friendly staff. Ample parking spaces.

Flat needs major refurbishment, broken shower and floors. Not all heaters were working.

Hot water tank ran out of hot water so.we had no hot water. Contacted owner who said would replenish in an hour but didn't happen until next day .
