Michael & Diane who live on the outskirts of Hobart are very welcoming and can provide many accessories to make your stay even better. There is enough in their well stocked fridge to make a picnic to take with you and they can provide cold picnic boxes, flasks and rugs to sit on to enjoy an open air feast while you tour Tasmania. They offer many books & pamphlets about what to see. The suite is light and airy with a beautiful bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The linen and towels are good quality as are the soap & shampoo and everything is immaculately clean and fresh. You can even dine out eating your breakfast on the patio outside. Michael and Diane love to present a beautiful breakfast and take care to buy the best quality food with delicious tastes each day. On our second morning we ate home cooked pears which were so tasty. We also had the choice of especially made marmalade, jam or honey with our scones.

Beautiful B&B and well appointed. Spotless and modern. Nestled in a high-end community with gorgeous ocean and Mountain View. Michael and his wife went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our flight was at 6:30 and they prepared a beautiful breakfast to go. Highly recommended this B&B.

First class accommodation and great location! Our hosts were great and very helpful. Breakfasts were very good and our hosts had no problems accommodaring special dietary requirements. Would highly recommend Oceana B&B.

Stayed at Oceana B&B for 3 nights, and wished we booked longer. The perfect place to stay as a couple for work or pleasure. Central to everything in Hobart. Clean, comfortable, excellent bed and we were well looked after by the owners. Would definitely be back.

Oceana is a very comfortable, clean and modern b&b. The hosts have really equipped it well, and are friendly and welcoming. They provide lots of local information to help you get the best out of the area. There are quite a few restaurant options nearby. The b&b is close to Hobart airport and is an excellent option if you have an early flight. The included breakfast is superb and very nicely presented.

We utterly blown away by the most lavish and delicious breakfast meal. Beautiful & a lovely place to stay with lovely hosts.
