The Whitmore Inn

We stayed in the garden room which has its own entry. Room was fine but amenities could be a bit better. There were only 2 towels for 3 nights for the 2 of us. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. One small trash can in the bath room. No microwave and limited dining options during COVID. Fridge and airco worked fine. Limited privacy due to two glass patio doors with other people parking in front of them sometimes- bit weird. No outside furniture available. Overall it was fine.

I enjoyed the "old time" feel of the rooms and decor, while also enjoying the modern conveniences!

I was in an upstairs room with a very steep staircase to navigate which for me was something I would not repeat. It was extremely cold at night and the lighting was poor so I had a lot of trouble getting ready in the morning because I couldn't see in the mirrors due to poor light. The room was clean and quaint just not my "cup-of-tea" for future visits.

The Inn is very pleasant and welcoming.

This Weaverville Whitmore Inn was absolutely charming. We had the Garden room with a private bathroom with private access and it was comfortable, cool and spotless. It was perfect for my husband and I to visit family in the area. We only wish we could have stayed 1 more night. We will book again. Noel, our host and owner was extremely pleasant, helpful and a great communicator re: info about our stay prior to check in. I highly recommend you check out this in. We checked out all the other bedrooms and the house and it was charming and well decorated and kept. I just love the true victorian style of this home filled with beautiful antiques. Enjoy!!!!

A beautiful house in a quite little town. We stayed in the Tapestry room which was elegant and really nicely furnished.

The owner and her daughter were friendly and solicitous. We had a great stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great place to wind down and relax for our anniversary...loved its history and atmosphere and April was awesome...we will be back!

The property was very elegant, clean and beautiful. It is decorated in a victorian, European style. There is a cute orange tabby cat that is on site. very sweet. I was very happy with my stay. Me and my son went out to see family.
