Pistachio Hotel Sapa

Overall was an OK stay , I get the impression quality of accommodation in Sapa is a bit lacking. However staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was ok , had all the usual offerings , hotel and rooms were probably good a few years ago when opened but now showing age and wear and tear as it did appear to be very busy. Outdoor pool looked great but was too cold to use when we stayed , indoor pool is heated but room had a damp sauna like smell which was not pleasant to linger in for too long.

Pistachio Hotel is located in a perfect location in Sapa. Its in a quiet location but only a small walk to the Hustle and bustle of the town centre, and a great location to start your daily exploration from. The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are awesome with very clean and comfortable amenities. The perfect place for a great nights sleep. All the staff are super friendly and cant do enough to make your stay perfect. You cant go past the buffet breakfast, all the food is fresh and tastes absolutely beautiful, the variety of food is sure to have something for everyone. To top off our stay, the Management found out is was my Birthday and sent a beautiful Birthday Cake up to our room with a card.

La salle de bain est à revoir. Le système de réglage de l’eau est compliqué, on se brûle une fois sur 2. Le système de chasse d’eau est également complexe, cela ne fonctionne pas à tous les coups.

Lovely bedrooms and views. Good breakfast. We paid for a Red Dao bath and massage which was excellent. Beautiful rooftop pool

Roof top pool is not heated. It was freezing!

Great location. Friendly staff. Good food. Cool atmosphere.
