Pistachio Hotel Sapa

We had an amazing stay at Pistachio Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. There was a wide variety of delicious options, from local dishes to international favorites, all fresh and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start each day.

The buffet staff are so wonderful, always served with a smile. They have get used to our drinking habits, and provided with our different drinks demands. Such as strong tea with soya milk and string coffee with hot milk. They are amazing people who works so hard to please us.

We booked a day trip to Cat Cat village from the hotel, they charged us with high price with 3 hours return. After we returned from the Cat Cat Village, the driver is asking for tips.

Egy 6 fős társasággal szálltunk meg a hotelben. A szálloda nagyon jó helyen fekszik. Könnyen elértük sétával a központot. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész. A szobáink tágasak voltak, tiszták, nagy francia ágyakkal. A reggeli pazar volt. Óriási nagy volt a választék. A szállodában 2 medence is van. Az egyik fent a tetőn ahonnan csodás a panoráma. A másik zárt.

The pool was beautiful and location was nice for walking

For the price I expected a little more high end

We arrived late afternoon and we were all warmly greeted by the door men especially that of the front desk people. Welcome drinks were immediately served with a smile. Checking in was swift and we were in our room in no time. Vihn was very accommodating, giving points of interest suggestions. Breakfast spread was impressive. During this period, my spouse had a medical emergency and Vhin Vhin was fast in helping. And even after we left, we could feel the concern of Vhin by sending messages asking for updates. We would 100% recommend Pistachio Hotel with this kind of great service.

Beautiful view of the mountains and well located in town. Room was huge. Excellent breakfast, especially the pho.

The pool area is lovely but a bit small with so many guests and also slippery. There were no towels available / not replenished. We ordered a pizza and drinks from the rooftop menu. The pizza was terrible, like a frozen supermarket pizza, so we never ate in the hotel again after that.
