Location was amazing

Reception staff not very friendly upon arrival. Had to wait for over 2 hours in lobby and didn’t let us know our room was ready.

Got in early from the sleeper bus, they stole your bags for you and also have toilets and showers available to freshen up in. Can walk to town quite easily. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

A little bit pricey. Sapa gets very foggy so we couldn’t see a view from the room. Not the Hotel’s fault, but you pay for a view and because the weather is so volatile, you might not get one.
