Nice location, need more up keep on the property. Room smells awful even w/ an air purifier when u first enter...

"Love the Seabreeze Manor and love Gulfport. Beach is across the street. Many restaurants nearby."

The Key West Suite is a separate cottage in the courtyard. It is totally private with an Old Florida vibe. Very charming, romantic and a little quirky. Loved it! Have stayed there 5 times.

No in/room coffee— have to go to main lobby.

The place was quiet.

The nearby beach is too shallow and not suitable for swimming. Even the cafe was closed, people were still going in and out of the gate.

the room was great very clean nice view, quiet. Close to shops and eateries.

"great mini weekend getaway. No fuss but great location"

Cozy and close to restaurants. Felt safe and loved the town.100 year old home w old Florida charm.

Our room was hot we had to go buy a fan. Shower head was plastic and broke when hubby adjusted it. Was not advised restaurant at inn was closed but other options near by.
