"Good"

We weren’t provided breakfast. There is no one on the premises? The mattress was not comfortable. It isn’t really like a b n b.

I enjoyed my stay but for the money I paid I found it disappointing. No pool. The beach across the street wasn’t a swimmable beach and it was off season? The owner showed up to water outside and other than that no one was around?

"Would definitely stay here if I were ever in Gulfport again."

The property’s location, right on the Gulfport Beachfront and within walking distance of some of Gulfport’s finest attractions, couldn’t have been better. The calmness of the sea breeze combined with the warmth and niceness of the Sea Breeze Manor Inn staff to make for an amazing and perfect get away. The Inn’s cafe also had amazing breakfast/brunch.

"So much better than I expected"

Location was wonderful just across the street from Gulfport Beach. We were in walking distance to several restaurants including the restaurant on site which was just outside our room door. This inn has a lot of retro charm and you are free to sit in the courtyard And enjoy the ambiance of laid back beach life. First class bedding and linens!

The tv was a bit of a puzzle. Not everyone is familiar with a roku system. Some direction might be helpful.

"Exceptional facility that we cannot wait to visit again!!"

The location was directly across the street from a beautiful public beach with plenty of free parking. The facility itself was gorgeous, clean, well maintained, comfortable and quiet. The on-site cafe served an exceptional breakfast.

I only wished the cafe was open later than 2:00pm

Great location. Beautiful room.

Ac was only on one of the two rooms, so you had to run it colder than they "allowed" to get the bed room cool enough.

"Great place for a casual getaway."

Very comfortable room with relaxing private deck facing garden/courtyard. Breakfast and service at Cafe was very friendly (also bloody Marys & mimosas). Restaurants & shops 2 block walk. Great beach across the street. Walkable live entertainment nightly. Street markets weekly.

It was all good - always is!

"Very convenient, close to everything. Courtyard was so pretty, cozy and comfortable to sit around."

Not included but on sight restaurant available.

Room could have used a good dusting, and there was a bit of a musty smell but I would definitely stay here again.
