Staff was courteous and friendly. Big, comfortable beds with good comforters agains the cold.

Personal sehr nett und hilfsbreit. Unterkunft war ok aber extrem laut. Jedes Gespräch ausserhalb des Zimmers hörte sich an als ob die Personen im Zimmer stehen. Es wurde ausserdem schon früh morgens gebaut.

Stayed one night to visit MacchuPicchu early the next day. Check-in was great but TVs were not immediately working. beds, room and bathroom were clean but the furniture had not been cleaned, one drawer had some kind of sticky pinkish gel in it. They changed our room from a 4 people room in the back of the building to 2 2-people rooms in the front of the building to accomodate someone else... we were ok with the change but it was a little noisy. The building appears older and the window and bathroom ceiling were dirty. Breakfast was great but do not expect sausages just ham, cheese, jams, aovado and infusions.

The hostel was great!!! The service was very good everyone helped each other, whatever needed to be done someone was there. The room was very clean and you had what you needed. The hot water for the shower was so wonderful. You could check your bags and go out exploring if you wanted. Very accommodating.

The staff was very nice but the accommodations were poor. Tiny rooms with no windows and mildew smell through out.

It was convenient! Only problem no signage in front.

Super sweet staff. This is a very simple hotel for a quick overnight stay only.

This is a good stay, they provided us a shower after we came back to pick up our luggage even we have checked out in the morning. This was really needed and appreciated Everything was excellent except the wifi is poor. But the wifi in the restaurant two doors down was excellent just for your info.
