Casa Blanca Machu Picchu B&B

The staff at Casa Blanca are really helpful and friendly. They looked after our bags whilst we went to Machu Pichu and breakfast is available really early for people who want to go early to Machu Picchu for sunrise. The only downside for me was that 2 of the windows were internal and the bathroom window without glass on half of it. This meant there was a lot of noise heard in the bedroom coming up the stairwell from the communal area and reception below.

Horrible night We slept there before going to Machu Picchu on the morning. The hostel is very very noisy. Our room had only one window impossible to open, giving to the hall... lot of humidity with smell, the clothes were humid too. Bad internet connexion. Breakfast was good. Hosts were kind of pleasant.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. Went out of their way by giving every guest a presentation on Machu Picchu Inca ruins. They made me feel like I was part of their family.

El hotel está ubicado en la calle principal, muy amables las personas que nos atendieron, lugar limpio. Sugiero que a la habitación le coloquen una repisa extra para tener la comodidad de donde poder colocar las cosas que necesitamos sacar de la maleta, la mesa de noche no es suficiente si somos dos en la habitación ya que esta es muy pequeña. La cama bastante cómoda.

Excellent stay, hospitality at its best

Room was clean and tidy. People who works here are very nice and helpful.

Customer services is amazing. Not only they provide you with information about The hotel they also give you information about the places to visit I Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu at no cost at all!! They were kind enough to let us leave our luggage there until we came back from Machu Picchu. The place looked clean, wifi was really good. The one thing I would suggest is for th to put a sign with the name of the hostal as it took as a bit to realized where it was due to no name. Overall, I had a great stay and I do recommend this place. Thanks for the great hospitality

Really nice B&B. Staff is lovely and really helpful

Basic hotel in Aguas Calientes right in the heart of the town. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond to help make our stay great. Most importantly they let us shower after visiting Machu Picchu and we had already checked out. They also offered to meet us at the train station but we were walking up and found the place fairly easily. The rooms facing the street can get a bit noisy from all of the hustle and bustle. The hotel goes by a couple of names so read the email carefully from the hotel.
