"Lack of housekeeping"

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay, especially given that this is marketed as a luxury hotel. At 5:00 AM, the in-room alarm—clearly left on by a previous guest—went off and completely disrupted our sleep. This is a basic housekeeping oversight that should have been caught before we arrived. What made matters worse was the lack of response and customer service. I tried to contact the hotel to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phones. I then used the chat feature in the app, where I was told a supervisor would follow up with me. No one ever did. Even after checking out, my attempts to follow up through chat have gone unanswered. For a hotel at this price point, both the attention to detail and the level of service fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again based on this experience.
