Kalisa Meeks at the front desk was very helpful and I can’t say enough about Rosmery Mesa the convention center manager was so helpful in regards to the trade show event at the hotel. I’ve done a lot of trade ashows and Rosmery was by far the most helpful in the 50 plus trade shows I have done at hotels and convention centers. I will recommend this hotel for future events because of Rosmery.

This was during the ice storm in Nashville. The staff did a great job handling the chaos. There were some staff that went above and beyond - Gary and Paris.

Sewer smell in room. Everyone brought their dogs - saw two dogs fighting while there and also watched one pee in the lobby.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Having stayed with you in the past, I wanted to note that my experience this time around was by far the best I’ve had. In particular, I want to recognize Paris. Every time we crossed paths, she greeted me warmly and was incredibly attentive to all of my needs and concerns. Traveling for business can be stressful, but her professionalism and constant smile made a significant difference in my stay. This is truly one of the best hotels I have visited, thanks to staff members like Paris. I look forward to returning in the future.
