This is a small room, not an apartment! There is no living room, not even enough space for a suitcase! The description is completely wrong. Very loud, there are chickens right next to the hostel and ypu can hear the cock from 0100 onwards. Must be from a dofferent timezone or something... the golf carts are also really loud when they pass due to the steep street. There are no power outlets in the common area to charge something. The kitchen area has almost nothing, there were no spoons for example and the oven did not work. The bed is uncomfortable - one person moves and the other feels everything. The provided sheets are too thin if you sleep with a/c.

The place was well kept with a very nice bathroom. The owner was extremely nice.

Kill the rooster or the rooster is going to kill your business. The rooster started crowing at 3AM and did not stop, it sounded like it was right outside the window. The location is off the beaten path, your in the middle of a local neighborhood.

It was clean and Salvador’s lived on property and was helpful. Pool ok for a swim.

Rooms were adequate and clean. Location is ok (except for the roosters and lumber mill right next door) in terms of amenities nearby like a grocery store, and the south end of the island which I prefer.

There are roosters that start making noise at 4:15 am every morning , right outside. The hotel is right beside a lumber worship with saws buzzing all day long, it’s also right beside a lumber yard that accompanies the workshop. The wifi did not work in my room at all. Could not even load a website for 5 days. The staff said to contact the owner, the owner said the problem was island wide for the past few days. This was untrue - wifi at other places I went like coffee shops worked perfectly. I went back the staff and he said to contact the owner - runaround, not impressed.
