The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was great—close to everything we needed. We also really appreciated the convenient parking, which made things much easier for us. also the breakfast was good but they could do better

Unfortunately, the room could have been cleaner—we found a hair on the pillow, which was a bit off-putting. The lighting in the room was quite poor, and we had some trouble with the electricity when we arrived, which made the stay less comfortable. Additionally, the payment process was inconvenient. Since payment wasn’t handled automatically through Booking, we had to withdraw cash to pay in person, which wasn’t clearly communicated in advance.

They were not professional, I had the confirmation of booking, but they gave me an inappropriate room for an adult and two children. The communication was also bad. Furthermore, I arrived at 16h, and the room was still occupied by customs!

Avoid booking at this establishment! It was unequivocally the worst experience of our trip and through Booking. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a chilling atmosphere inside the accommodation. Despite the warm welcome from a staff member (who was very nice), a language barrier made communication challenging. Initially shown two rooms instead of the three we booked, we were directed to a third room located outside the main building in another house. This room, without exaggeration, was bitterly cold inside. Unfortunately, the other room options presented the same issue, leaving us without a satisfactory solution. Despite the heating being on, it provided minimal warmth, and significant cracks along the door allowed cold air to infiltrate freely. Moreover, an unpleasant odor permeated the room, adding to our discomfort. For guests inside the main building, some rooms had to share a bathroom with other guests, a detail the owner failed to mention. The doors of our rooms couldn't close properly, which was unsettling. Overall, the accommodation was lacking in cleanliness, with broken tiles and doors, or doors so stuck that they required forceful entry. The bathroom in our room was particularly dirty, and the shower was broken. Attempts to address these issues with the staff were hindered by the language barrier, resulting in a night of freezing temperatures and inadequate sleep. Furthermore, breakfast was served late and was insufficient for six people. Therefore, I implore anyone reading this to spend a little extra and book a good, clean, and, above all, warm hotel!

The best and the only thing in this place is the Friendly staff , helpful and nice

The bathroom and shower was out of the room that means its a bad thing during winter or cold wether , really cold cold during the night, AC doesn’t work well , breakfast was not enough even for two people:(

The place is in the city center, but the bedroom is not clean, it suffocates several times at night, the care is not proper, the bathroom is not clean, and the breakfast is not good.
