La pommeraie d'Ifrane

We loved the location. We wanted a quiet place with plenty of space and parking so this was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming and as our party were the only guests, they prepared a superb meal for us. The temperature outside was pretty cold and they switched the heating on for us which was needed for sure - as this is a ski lodge I am sure they have to do this a lot. All the facilities looked great - we didn't use the pool as the weather was so cold but there is a nice area to sit and chill in. Breakfast was good too and the staff could not do enough for you. I would recommend this as a place to stay

Everything was pretty good so nothing not to like

Booking this hotel was a massive mistake. Despite their policy clearly stating a check-in window from 13:00 to 18:00, we arrived at 16:30 after an exhausting drive in the scorching heat from Fes, only to be told our room had been given away! Unbelievable, right? We were left stranded, scrambling to rearrange our plans and endure over an hour of waiting for a cab to find another place. The manager or owner we dealt with? Beyond rude! We even showed them their own policy, but they chose to ignore it, laying the blame squarely on us. This establishment's utter lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for their own guidelines makes it clear that you should never even consider booking a room here. Save yourself the headache and find a hotel that values their guests and sticks to their own policies. Avoid this place at all costs!

Fabulous accommodation at pommerie d'ifrane. The room was quiet, specious, clean and comfortable. The staff are absolutely excellent, extremely helpful at all times( special thanks to I our host IMAD ). Great restaurant with delicious home cooked food. The location is very easy to find, it's a couple minutes away from ifrane. If you are looking for calmness and freshness away from the hustle and bustle of the city then this is the right place for you.

This place has a lot of privacy. It's 10 minutes by car to Ifrane. The terasse was very comfortable.

Not every power outlet was working, but we found two wich did

the staff were very lovely and friendly. the location is calm and peaceful. Clean and relaxing. Perfect for families, beautiful views and nice food. For the price, it’s perfect! I would definitely come back again.

A little difficult to find.

Not much English was spoken and only some French, so it was a great way to practice my Arabic. The room was beautiful, and I’m sure the place is great during peak season when everything is blooming.

As another reviewer pointed out, it’s a few minutes from downtown by car, but it can take a little while to get a taxi. if a taxi can’t be found for you, you’ll end up standing at the end of the driveway for a few minutes until one comes or until other friendly tourists offer to take you. The staff was friendly but perhaps a bit too friendly. I don’t mind answering questions about my culture, but questions about sex can be seen as rude or taboo (even for Americans), and being asked for sex more than once can make a solo female traveler feel uncomfortable and not safe, especially if it is staff at the accommodation who is asking. I booked for 2 nights but ended up only staying one. I paid a little extra for canceling early since I wasn’t sure how to explain the situation [in French] to the owner over the phone with the staff right there, but it was worth it to find another place where I felt more comfortable.
