Hotel Fortuna

It is a location! Easy walk into the square as well as to the cable car to Seceda.

Rita was amazing! Very welcoming and the rooms were very clean with an amazing view. Breakfast was also very enjoyable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to the centre and some good services close by. The in-house breakfast was varied and generous.Very clean and well kept.

The bathroom retrofit makes the shower very cramped in a medium sized bathroom.

Albergo situato in prossimità del centro città e comodo a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche locali (che risulta convenzionato per Val Gardena Guest Pass che offre sconti sulle attività locali e accesso gratuito a piscina/sauna comunale e mezzi pubblici). Staff dell'albergo (in particolare la fantastica Rita) sempre presente, disponibile, cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualsivoglia esigenza o necessità, tanto accogliente da farti sentire come a casa. La nostra stanza si presentava con vista sulle montagne, pulita e ben arredata. Garage ben accessibile h24.

It was centrally located to the town. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Rita was so kind, personable, and fun!!

The pillows were not very comfortable.

The host lady Rita's hospitality makes me write this review, even though I don't originally write reviews. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to the center, I parked my rental car in the hotel parking lot for 3 stays and walked to all three cable cars and funicular in Ortisei. The room in Alps villa llke accommodation was spacious and tidy, so pleasant. Alpe di Siusi is in front of the window. Hotel buffet style breakfast is great. However, the hotel's best is Rita. She has a magic that makes me feel comfortable. Even though she doesn't even speak English, whenever we communicated through her smart phone translator, there was no prolem and we were always happy with each other's laughter. She was always happy when I was curious or need help, In the process, there was laughter and warmth again. When I bought a wine and borrowed a wine opener and wine glasses, for enjoying sunset view of Alpe di Siusi at the room balcony, she was happy. Scratching a glass inadvertently, I tried to give 10 Euros as compensation, but she refused saying it was her pleasure for us to enjoy the time. How warm she was! Her hospitality was much more valuable than 10 Euros. I already miss Fortuna and Rita.

ריטה היתה מאד נחמדה וידידותית ומצאה פתרונות לכל בקשה שלנו. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצוינת, טעימה, מגוונת ונדיבה. המיקום מצוין, בעיירה יפהפיה. עזר מאד שהיתה חניה מקורה חינם במקום וכן שהיתה מעלית מהחניה לקומה של החדר. בחדר היה שולחן נוח המאפשר ישיבה לארבעה אנשים, מה שאפשר לנו לשבת בנוחות ולהכין כל ערב את המסלול ליום הבא. עוד יתרון היה המרפסת עם הנוף להרים.

היו ערבים קרים- למרות שהיינו שם בסוף יולי- אך לא היו אמצעים לחימום החדר. אמצעי החימום היחיד הוא הסקה- שכמובן עובדת רק בחורף. לא נוח היה שלא היה מיני-בר בחדר (למרות שניתנה לנו האפשרות לאחסן במקרר של המלון את החלב לקפה).
