Empfangsdame war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie konnte kein Deutsch und wir kein Englisch, aber sie hat uns alles super erklärt (mit Hilfe von Übersetzer), war fröhlich und nett. Hat uns glücklich gemacht 😍

"stare alla grande a Ortisei senza spendere una fortuna"

prima di tutto un grazie a Rita che ci ha accolto, aiutato e coccolato per tutto il periodo, la posizione è super in zona bella e tranquilla ma a 5min dal famoso corso di Ortisei, la camera al 3° piano con balcone vista Alpe di Siusi impagabile, il garage privato per la macchina

mi spiace per Rita che fa di tutto per aiutare, ma i prodotti a colazione erano davvero di bassa qualità, nessun prodotto locale, purtroppo in Montagna la colazione è basilare, e poi sinceramente il prezzo davvero molto molto alto da booking per questa tipologia di Hotel 3 stelle....ma si sa che a Ortisei è tutto più caro del normale

Spacious room. Beautiful view. Close walk to main plaza. Friendly staff. Good nite sleep. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Came with a bus pass. Walking dstance to lifts. ⁸Would definitely stay again.
