Hotel Fortuna

The location is fantastic! Within walking distance of downtown and gondolas, it made for a perfect place to enjoy the town of Ortisei! The hostess was so warm and welcoming! She made us feel like we were right at home!

It was quite warm so AC or ceiling fans would be helpful. There’s also quite a bit of street noise early in the morning.

The service at the hotel was truly amazing! 👍🏻 Rita and another lovely lady provided us with excellent service. Rita has a straightforward and cheerful personality, and we had a wonderful time with her. Thumbs up to the hotel and to Rita!

The breakfast is fantastic. There's fruit, pickled vegetables, bread, yoghurt and a cereal station - something for everyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You get access to complementary bus passes and the local spa/sauna/pool. It is a quick walk to the town centre. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

You could hear a bit of noise from other rooms. You have to leave your key when you go out but there weren't any issues and there's a safe in the room.

It was a perfect boutique hotel with beautiful views. The rooms all had a lovely balconies. Very clean able to open the windows for lovely evening breezes. Short walk to the lovely town of Ortisei. Very quiet. Lovely breakfast in a bright light room with lovely food. Rita and Colendra were so helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent, staff were delightful. Close to the bus stop (free bus pass with the hotel) and the centre of town. Easy to get to the cable cars for seceda and Alpe di siusi.

A fridge would have been good in the room

Great hotel in an excellent central position. We were able to walk to restaurants, buses and all the cable cars in Ortisei.The staff were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was included and there was a large buffet to select from. I would choose to stay here again.
