Top Property in St. John’s . Hands down. You won’t regret the stay.

The views are absolutely incredible. Even better in person than the gorgeous shots online. Plus, you’re on St John. Life is good.

We stayed at calichi at picture point for 5 nights and are grateful that we chose this villa for our stay on St. John. First off, the complex and the villa are absolutely stunning. Waking up to that view is absolutely breathtaking. The complex also has an amazing pool, hot tub and putt putt area. What sets calichi apart from other places is the service that we received. We rented a jeep from a smaller car company on St. John as they were the only company that had cars available on the whole island and two different Jeeps from them broke down. Parker from Calichi went above and beyond when the cars broke down. He helped us push the cars off the side of the road and contacted the car rental company to aid with the situation. Parker also helped us get a functional jeep from penn’s car rental and helped set up taxi rides when the Jeep’s broke down. We are forever grateful for Parker’s help and can’t thank him enough.

The views, facility and staff at this place are amazing and beyond what you will get on the other, more crowded side of the island. Rental car is a must due to secluded location.

Absolutely the Best Property on St. John! Most amazing views (why it is named Picture Point) and deserves it! Best Property Managers on site to help you with anything you ask..We will be back!

Calichi is a beautiful. The views are great. If you want to stay on more a secluded area, this is for you. I stayed for five days each day we did not have water. Maintenance had to be called each day. We had to use the pool showers to bathe. Renting a car is a MUSt there are no shuttles. Calichi is about 30 minutes from the mainland. Fully-stocked kitchen for groceries. If you don’t plan on cooking & driving this is not the place for you. 2/5 stars due to us having no water. Communication was decent.

Most excellent views. Clean. Beautiful interior design. All the amenities that one would need. Just like home. Putting green, nice pool area

This is by far the best place to stay in St. John! The villas are very well done, extremely clean, with tasteful decoration, all the amenities you might ever need and the best views on the island. Spectacular!

Breathtaking views. The only downside is the commute to the property.
