I checked in late at night and the night.Staff were super nice and friendly when I woke up at 5 in the morning to leave the morning staff at 5 with super.Rude, the lady that cooked breakfast.She was worse.I don't recommend it nobody because of the morning staff

nice and clean... Location is good.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and I was little confused that I had to pay for parking $30 and i didn't have any other choice or anywhere else to park ( expet the comon parking and i was told it may be towed) so I didnt have a choice parking for one night should be part of the room fees.. Thanks

"The best way to start a trip from O’Hare"

I have been parking at the Rose Hotel for years and it is my go to hotel when flying out of O’Hare. The property is beautiful, well run, and a great way to start a trip. Being able to grab a cocktail or a beer and a great meal at Thorn before heading to the airport is a big plus. The food is consistently excellent. The staff is outstanding, especially the shuttle drivers. Rich has taken care of us for years and always goes above and beyond. Most recently, he waited an extra minute to make sure we caught our flight. That level of service keeps me coming back and is exactly why I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through O’Hare.
