Was a Deluxe Studio. Very poor maintenance, kitchen was dirty, dishes not washed and stacked on holder. Bathroom was dirty, especially toilet bowl, dark brown, no soap holder or toilet roll holder. No service for 3 days and coffee, tea, sugar not replaced. The pillow case on bed was grubby grey colour, none ironed. The sensor on gate was broken and could not drive car outside premises without going through hotel, outside to where key box was and putting in code to open gate from inside

Check in was completed by myself, just followed email instructions.

Beds are extremely comfortable.

Tv not working A staff member did tell me Luckily I had my laptop to watch

Do not stay there, limited parking which means you park out on street at your own risk, no one on site - not a good idea, noisy next to pub. Did not feel comfortable with the area at all and did not stay, lost our money, but was not comfortable staying there.

Very helpful management, held boking for me at busy time while I sorted vehicle repairs. Older style room but well appointed and extremely good value

Secure parking, good level of facilities helpful staff, swimming pool
